I watched an amazing episode of Ten hit MasterChef Australia and was very excited to see this dish prepared by Australian culinary stars Gary Mehigan and George Calombaris. I was compelled to create the same dish, so I did. Here it is and it was perfect. Thanks for the tip Gary & George.
